According to many studies, authenticity is one of the most important components of effective and impactful leadership. You have probably attended some training programs where you learned about the importance of values and purpose; you may have gone through an exercise of defining them for yourself. And yet, when faced with the pressures of your daily responsibilities, you may find it challenging to always let your values and purpose guide your actions. While 75% of working Americans reported symptoms of burnout in the summer of 2020 [according to www.flexjobs.com], stress is only one reason for it. Another one could be your mindset. If your concern for the security of your position and reputation is stronger than your sense of purpose, it could be challenging to be an authentic leader. If you are unsure of the value of your own voice, it might be difficult for you to speak up.
This Retreat is an opportunity to expand your skills and capacity for Authentic Leadership.
