• I can make conscious changes myself.

• I have a renewed energy to make impactful change at work and a home, I've let go of a lot of guilt I've been holding on to.

• An even greater determination to be at peace with being authentic

• I still feel rejuvenated; when I think about the retreat, there is a calmness that settles over me.

• After the retreat I felt that many people are secretly struggling with similar issues

• I felt much calmer and with greater sense of priorities

• I felt very uplifted after the retreat, felt an energy shift

• I felt like I had a great opportunity to meet new people in a super comfortable setting. I think the combination of movement and meditation helped to ground me so that I could center myself to really listen to the insights shared.

• I have and I am benefiting from what I learned and

received during the retreat.

I learned that I connected with everyone’s experience, a human one. I learned and explored greater levels of self-compassion.

• I learned that caring for myself is a good thing to do. I learned that I am worthy of taking in help from others. I learned that putting myself out into the world adds value and does not make me a selfish person.

• I am who I am and I love that.

• My search for spirituality is within myself.

What are some tools you are taking away?

• I'm leaving with more confidence to be me and not worry

what other people may think. I've silently said "Here I Am"

to myself numerous times since returning! It's helped as a

reminder that I'm aloud to take up space and provide

value.

• I received tools and techniques to assist me on my journey of discovering a purposeful life.

• The answers are there already I just need to keep asking questions to get to them.

• A better way to lead is to ask curious questions and to gain an understanding of the other person's perspective.

• Talking to people always helps, community support is invaluable

• I don't need all of my goals and plans to be centered around work and my career; I can foster myself, my family, relationships, and fun.

• I am not alone in consideration of embodied leadership
