• I have a feeling of awareness I didn't have before the retreat. An awareness I shall use to focus on my journey.
• I can make conscious changes myself.
• I have a renewed energy to make impactful change at work and a home, I've let go of a lot of guilt I've been holding on to.

• I have a feeling of awareness I didn't have before the retreat. An awareness I shall use to focus on my journey.

• I still feel rejuvenated; when I think about the retreat, there is a calmness that settles over me.
• After the retreat I felt that many people are secretly struggling with similar issues

• I learned there is more to me than I knew.

I learned that I connected with everyone’s experience, a human one. I learned and explored greater levels of self-compassion.

• The answers are there already I just need to keep asking questions to get to them.
• A better way to lead is to ask curious questions and to gain an understanding of the other person's perspective.
