We enjoyed working with Julia and Tamara at JMK Coaching during our organization's team retreat in April. The session was the perfect way to end our team retreat after several days of team collaboration and team-building exercises as we set out to reset, restore, and recharge as a team. Julia’s session had us thinking about how we do our work and our purpose for doing it, and it even got us out of the conference room and outside and moving around for part of the session led by Tamara, a certified movement instructor. 

Each aspect of the session was very well received by the entire team. The intended outcomes from this session were making sure that our staff left the retreat feeling energized and inspired and walked away with at least one practice they could use to keep themselves restored and recharged.
